Yes. There is no restriction on the number of courses registered.
Successful applicants will be notified by email upon registration or prior to course commencement. Please ensure the contact information provided at registration is accurate.
No preparation is required. However, you may like to take note of the following:
• Please arrive about 5-10 minutes before the scheduled course time.
• Please dress appropriately (eg. no shorts, mini-skirts, sleeveless tops or other revealing attire which may be deemed unsuitable at places of worship).
• Course materials (if any) will be provided on the first day of class. You may like to bring the necessary stationery if you wish to take notes.

Yes.
Yes. For your information, the current intake for BBC and BMC are scheduled on the same day at consecutive time slots (inclusive of lunch break). You may find it convenient to attend both courses.
Yes. The BMC and GMP are conducted on the assumption that participants know the basic Buddhist fundamentals and meditation techniques taught in the BBC. Everyone is strongly encouraged to attend the BBC to fully benefit from the BMC or GMP and to keep up with the class progress.
Basic Meditation Course (20-lesson) is structured to provide step-by-step guidance on different basic meditation techniques and to assist the participants to progressively advance in their mental development. It is suitable for both beginners and those who continually seek to improve their meditation training.
Guided Meditation Practice (on-going) is made up of weekly guided meditation sessions catered for those who have completed the Basic Buddhism Course, and/or the Basic Meditation Course. It provides an avenue for participants to keep up the momentum in their meditation practice and to continually correct or improve in their mental development training.
